Molly Mitchell joined Pandora’s Ad Innovation Strategy team in 2016. She currently leads monetization of audio across Pandora’s connected platforms and brings emerging technology, such as voice ads, to market. She has previously led commercialization of audience solutions, helping marketers learn about and connect with those who matter most on Pandora. Molly started her career in the fashion industry as a fashion editor and brand marketer. She is an active mentor with BUILT BY GIRLS where she enjoys supporting women who are starting their careers in tech.
