African cuisine expert and owner, Epicure, Chef Coco Reinharz will join the Global Kitchen to prepare a lamb pilau. Chef Coco will lead us through the preparation of select cuisine, drawing inspiration from across the African continent, and will discuss the origins and history of various spices and their influence on local cuisines.
To cook along, ensure you have the following ingredients:
4 tbsp canola oil 3 onions, sliced 1 tomato diced
750 grams lamb cubes Salt to taste 2 tbsp pilau spice mix
2 cups Jasmin rice 50 gr fresh coriander
